Our agreement (the agreement arising from your acceptance of these terms and conditions) is governed by the law in force for the time being in the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland in the event of any claim or dispute arising either directly or indirectly out of your use of this website.
