Susan Frost Camfferman as Managing Director has a vast background in both recruitment and Equine industries. Susan is a past graduate of University of Qld. Gatton College in Horse Management and has a lifetime of horse competition experience in Dressage and Show Horses.
Susan continued in Thoroughbred Breeding for three years until making a new career move into Sales in Rural Industries. This progressed into Recruitment with an International recruitment agency where she gained 2 years valuable experience dealing with all aspects of contract labour hire and management recruitment over a variety of businesses and industries.
Susan has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of recruitment services and labour hire from industrial relations to executive placements and large labour management applications. Susan is also a keen racing enthusiast and a past racehorse owner and also the owner and show trainer of a Paint and Quarter Horse Stud on the Darling Downs.

Robert Camfferman - Director
Robert Camfferman started his career on cattle stations at the age of 15 as a Stockman, where he developed his skills in stock handling and horsemanship working on cattle stations in the Northern Territory.
After spending several years in the Territory, he attended Roseworthy Agricultural College, where he acquired valuable skills in Animal Production. Since then, he has worked in the many facets of the agricultural industry, including the Stock Feed Industry as a Sales Consultant/ Nutritionist for several Stock Feed Companys on the Darling Downs in Queensland, providing nutritional advice to the Pig, Equine, Cattle and Poultry Industries.
Robert developed a career in the meat industry from 1996 to gain experience in the processing sector where he became a fully qualified Meat Inspector, Food Safety Auditor, Ausmeat Standards Officer, Quality Assurance Manager and Workplace Health & Safety Officer.
Experienced in Senior Management, as a Quality Assurance Manager of a poultry processing facility, Robert developed the Human Resource skills needed to maintain a workforce of approx. 180 employees, including maintaining and developing the systems necessary to run a facility of this size. Robert came across to Workhorse Recruitment in November 2001 from a high profile Employment Agency in Queensland where he worked as an Account Manager in the Toowoomba region.
Now working as a Consultant and a trainer, he assists general industry in the areas of Quality Assurance, Workplace Health & Safety and Food Safety. Robert became a Director of Workhorse Recruitment in May 2003. His interests include, Fly Fishing, Golf & Reining Horses.
